Paul’s innovations have earned recognition from The New Inventors and Engineers Australia. His projects range from servo motor systems for steering missiles and satellites, to autonomous mining technologies.

One of his most memorable challenges was designing a solution to stop orangutans from escaping again at Melbourne Zoo, his personal favourite, thanks to its creative and unexpected engineering twist.
