Warren Davison
Boral Limited appointed him Divisional Managing Director of Boral’s Construction Related Businesses, responsible for global Capital Projects, Procurement, and Risk Management. He then became CEO of Dowell Windows. In 2018 he started Argyle Advisory, a boutique consultancy offering strategic reviews, business improvement, and M&A assessments.
Warren has many talents. Teaching karate has become his passion after retiring from competition. In addition, he plays golf whenever he can. In his free time, he’s repairing an 1895 heritage cottage and discovering its intriguing history.
Sara McCleary
Sara has joined the AAEC Steering Committee once again after being an integral member of the team in 2018.
Sara has worked for AIMS for 25 years and is currently CEO. The company’s main focus is equipment and consumables for the Aluminium Extrusion Industry . In 2022. along with her husband Paul, they started the motion control company Motion Werkz, which runs parallel to AIMS.
When not working she has a passion for discovering new foods and travel. Which is why she is author of Belly Rumbles, one of Australia’s longest running and widely read culinary travel blogs.


Barbara Rinderer
Barbara returns to the role of Technical Program Manager for AAEC 2025 following successful previous conferences (AAEC 2018 and AAEC 2014).
Her teaching experience includes delivery of short courses, sessional lecturing of engineering undergraduates, secondary teaching in mathematics as well as curriculum development for VET.
Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, watching good movies particularly action and drama, pottering in the garden and Sudoku puzzles.
Belinda Porter
Belinda Porter is the Administration Manager of the Australasian Aluminium Extrusion Conference (AAEC 2025).
Belinda began her career as a Property Lawyer in Brisbane, Australia, after graduating from university. She later moved to Commercial Property Management, focusing on administration and finance management.
After starting a family, Belinda retrained as a teacher and now balances part-time roles in administration and teaching. She is actively involved in her school community, volunteering to teach Ethics and teaching Karate. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring Australia’s hidden gems, with a particular fondness for coastal beaches.
